[Accessibility] [Accessibility-ia2] review of version 1.0.2

The current review/release plan for IA2 version 1.0.2 follows:
2 week review within the IA2 community from 5/19 through 5/30
4 week review by the entire Open A11y community from 6/2 through 6/27
Submit to the LF BoD for approval on 6/30.

[Accessibility-ia2] review of version 1.0.2







Please start reviewing version 1.0.2.  This version has all the 
documentation fixes that have been requested since 1.0.1.   

There is a minor code change to add a duplicate but renamed event constant 
but this should not effect generated code.  But please verify that if you 
can. 
    IA2_EVENT_ACTIVE_DECENDENT_CHANGED         The active descendant of a 
component has changed. The active descendant is used in objects with 
transient children. 
    IA2_EVENT_ACTIVE_DESCENDANT_CHANGED         Alternative constant with 
correct spelling.
