[Accessibility] short URI for AT-SPI on D-Bus Wiki

aloha!

the short URI for the most current version of the AT-SPI on D-Bus Wiki 
document at the Open Accessibility Workgroup's web site:

http://a11y.org/d-bus

is now functional -- it points to:

http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Accessibility/ATK/AT-SPI/AT-SPI_on_D-Bus

but is a LOT easier to type and remember, and won't wrap when included
in email

the archived shapshot of the wiki page, transmorphed into XHTML, is 
located at:

http://a11y.org/a11yspecs/atspi/AT-SPI_on_D-Bus_20080730.html

please let me know if there is a preference for a differnet filename 
or filenae covention, and if you think i should put the file in at 
least an "archival" sub-directory so that i can put a pointer to the 
previous version of the wiki page on the current wiki page

if anyone deems the pruning of the current wiki page accessible via the 
short URI, i have left a wikified snapshot of the page at:

http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Accessibility/ATK/AT-SPI/AT-SPI_on_D-Bus_(archival)

in order that those who feel inclined to restore content directly to the 
current wiki page can do so, quickly, by recycling wiki-formatted sections 
of the archival d-bus wiki page
