[Accessibility] Open A11y Teleconference Cancelled This Week

We will NOT hold our regular weekly Open A11y teleconference this week.
Please expect our next meeting on Tuesday, 23 September.

The IAccessible2 team is looking at incorporating two late revisions to
their spec, so we are not yet prepared to consider its adoption in our
meeting.
