[Accessibility] Open A11y Teleconference, Tuesday 1 September at 13:00Z

Hi all,

I talked to Michael Meeks last week, and he should be able to make it.

Also, Janina, are those the correct addresses?  I always seem to need to 
use sip:telecon at asterisk.rednote.net or sip:2119 at asterisk.rednote.net.
