[Accessibility] IA2_STATE_CHECKABLE

IA2_STATE_CHECKABLE is the third request for revision for 1.2.1.  The
changes have been requested for completion by week end.  Please review
this proposed description.

Indicates that an object is checkable.  Typical objects that have this
state are check boxes, radio buttons, check box menu items, radio menu
items, and toggle buttons.  A custom control that can be in one of two
states, checked or unchecked, would also contain IA2_STATE_CHECKABLE in
its state set.

David, You mentioned XUL check box cells.  If you want that included
please provide a rewording of the text above.
