PB: haven't yet had chance to review WAI-ARIA User Agent
Implementation Guide and don't want to let it slip between the cracks
    -- is there a hard-and-fast deadline?

JS: not sure if has deadline at this point -- HTML5 heading for LC
late next month -- this is a supplemental document, so

GJR: suggest PeteB contact Steve Faulkner

PB: am emailing SteveF right now

JS: active implementation going on, so getting in touch with Steve
    important first step

Topic 3: AT-SPI D-Bus Port Progress and Issues

FOR REFERENCE:
   * AT-SPI2 release 1.91.93 (2011-03-27)
   *
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Accessibility/News/2011/03/27/AT-SPI2_release_1.91.93

MG: recently finished release 2.0 but didn't send out announcement --
    will do for next release

MG: noticed problems with some applications -- might be problem with
way things are initialized -- investigating with GNOME people; will be
2.0.1 release next monday when GNOME 3.1 released

MG: should then be able to plan work

JS: some applications that used to work aren't working?

MG: right -- a11y stuff not always successfully loaded --
    investigating

MG: Fedora releasing in middle of May 2011 -- only distrobution to
    initially ship GNOME 3.1

MG: reports of Orca acting differently -- will be investigating

JS: going to hackfest in spain?

MG: will be attending ATK 2011 Hackfest May 9-13, 2011 in Spain
    http://live.gnome.org/Hackfests/ATK2011

MG: tracking via bugzilla bugs to be worked on in Spain

JS: might want to set up telecon with Rich Schwerdtfeger to discuss
gap analysis between ARIA and ATK/AT-SPI -- might be very valueable

JS: will email Joanmarie, API and RichS

    MG: AT-SPI info need checking?

JS: need to do gap analysis -- this and events mapping discussed in
earlier calls need a bit more urgency

JS: FF implemented ARIA events -- is sufficient to point them to
resources, or do we need more intensive review

MG: talked with david bolter at CSUN -- Alex supposed to be on top of
    this

JS: want events for more than just browsers?

JS: if just for browsers, should they support at-spi directly, or via
    XUL
