Hello Dear AGL-enthusiasts,

The Qt Company announced on January 13th that the Open Source licensing of Qt will change from Qt 5.7 onwards.

In a nutshell what is happening:

- The core Qt framework will be licensed under commercial, LGPLv3 and GPLv2 licenses (dropping the LGPLv2.1)

- Qt tooling will be licensed under commercial and GPLv3 licenses

- More platforms and features (that were previously licensed under commercial only) will be available under Open Source Licenses

- Commercial licensing does not change
