Hi Praneeth

There's no official boot time improvement project in AGL.
But Several engineers are independently working on boot time.
Last year I gave presentation boot time optimization with Hibernation at AMM[1].
I plan to merge this patches to AGL gerrit in a few months.
This patch depends on hardware Renesas R-CAR M2 and software LTSI3.10.31,
Only support for Renesas Porter board.

I see that there are optimizations done for U-boot,Kernel and Filesystem .
Assuming this is same/similar as the AGL project “Fast Boot support for AGL reference platform”  seen at
https://wiki.automotivelinux.org/project-ratings

Need help in the following..
1) where is the baseline (branches/patches) for kernel,uboot and FS are? 
2) Did anyone evaluate the same on current LTS (4.9/u-boot-master/oe-morty) combination?
3) Did any of the platform and generic fixes went upstream ?
