Yesterday's experiment was with QEMUX86-64.    Which weston.ini is right 
for this image, if not the one included by default in the build, or the 
one at 
meta-agl/meta-ivi-common/recipes-graphics/wayland/weston.ini.ivi-shell ? 
   Those are the two I tried.

Thanks for the advice, I'll put off i.MX6 until after I see QEMU 
working.   I assume that the best path there would be to get weston 
going first, then try with the ivi-shell?
