[agl-discussions] Raspi can't compile: Can't get CWD

I tried building in the container, in the host, and tried changing to the latest in the Chinook branch (-b chinook -u https://gerrit.automotivelinux.org/gerrit/AGL/AGL-repo), all had the same error. See attached local.conf.
