"Native Long Polling Support" should be renamed. Real native long polling 
would be for solo miners.

"A fix from Luke Dash Jr." -- I have a branch with this; I didn't check that 
his version is up to date.

"RPC Turbocharge" -- If this incorporates only my changes for multithreading, 
it breaks JSON-RPC over SSL.
