[Bitcoin-ml] Rename bitcoin cash to bitcash

This suggestion was brought to my attention about a week ago in this email
list. I was unsure how I stand towards the name change. But I talked with a
lot of people not very close with cryptocurrencies. The gist of the
feetback was: Bitcoin cash sounds like the smaller brother from Bitcoin and
is a second choice for those in the know.

We need to look at the bigger picture and make it as easy for everyone to
interact with us and that starts with the name.

We're not even a year old, BCH would still fit and it makes easier to
distinguish from bitcoin.

Let's make this happen
