[Bitcoin-ml] Is it safe to public xpub of HD wallet ?

It is semi private. From your xpub and the private key of one address, it
is possible to recompute the private keys of all the other addresses
derived from the xpub. So while in itself publishing a xpub is not
dangerous, it makes the potential damage of a private key leaking
significantly worse.
