[Bitcoin-ml] Flexible Transactions are canonical

This is one of the reasons on "why we need canonical encoding":
http://blockdozer.com/insight/tx/ac4849b3b03e44d5fcba8becfc642a8670049b59436d6c7ab89a4d3873d9a3ef

Press the plus button under the "details". Then choose "Show more". Your browser
will crash. Why? 32k outputs

What's even worse? The 32k outputs go to same address (Same "OP_HASH160 52240ef92d746bff5d6fe7c2b200c80d79c31e06 OP_EQUAL" script).

With canonical encoding they'd have to hold 32k private keys or lose money.

(The transaction can be seen here without crashing: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin-cash/transaction/243891360)

(Maybe we need dynamic block size?)
