[Bitcoin-ml] Disclosure of bugs across the ecosystem

Hi,

I sent a post "Responsible disclosure of bugs" to the bitcoin-dev
mailing list and a conversation has started about how, in the future,
Bitcoin Core might better disclose bugs to downstream clients and
altcoins.

To protect end users, vendors of cryptocurrency software (which share
a common code base) really need to have a process in place to share
details about critical bugs with each other.

It would be useful if maintainers/vendors on this list were to join
the conversation thread and provide thoughts and suggestions... or
start a conversation here :-)
