I disagree.

A client implementation can do all kinds of fancy stuff to make the
input easier:* Auto-remove trailing spaces and newlines that may be accidentally
  included on pasting* Change 1 to l as you type
* Transform friendly names to addresses from a local address book
* Auto prepend the bitcoincash: prefix
* Reject and beep on typing a non-bech32 character

What do any of these have to do with the address *format*? Such tricks
or not in scope of a format specification.
