Subject: [Bitcoin-ml] Peer review request: JavaScript implementation
        for cashaddr format

Hi all,
I've written a simple JavaScript library implementing the new cashaddr
format [1] for Node.js and the browser, and would greatly appreciate if
anyone could peer review the code in order to improve its quality.
The library strives for simplicity and correctness before performance, with
the introduction of typed arrays as the next major planned improvement. It
will be used to support the new cashaddr format in BitcoinCash.js, the
work-in-progress JavaScript library for Bitcoin Cash [2].
Here's the link to the repository:
https://github.com/bitcoincashjs/cashaddrjs

The readme file contains simple installation instructions and usage
examples to get started right away. The full set of tests derived from
those in the Bitcoin ABC repository can be run with the standard `npm test`
command.
Feel free to open up an issue, send a PR, or write me privately for any
suggestions or improvements.
Thanks a lot in advance,Emilio
