[Bitcoin-segwit2x] Segwit2x Final Steps

This is a dangerous and slippery slope to go down. The whole point of
Bitcoin (BTC) is to be a store of value that can't be changed without
consensus. If you want low fees, there are plenty of altcoins or credit
cards you can use instead. Bitcoin's value proposition is clearly that
it is the most stable and in-demand ledger, we should keep it that way.

We also know that hard forks are dangerous and will cause many people to
get booted off the network. I think we should research this for at least
18 months before deciding to go down this route on the Bitcoin network.
Leave the reckless hard forks to those Chinacoin guys.
