[Bitcoin-segwit2x] F2Pool backing out of NYA - Fork still happening?

I was just surprised, since the general wording here was that „95 % of the hashpower is supporting the NYA“ - which isn’t the case obviously.

Is there any percentage (75%, 65%, 40%?) where you would stop this fork and reconsider the timeframe?
