Problem Description: The problem is simmilar with one described in 3425. I have
the same problem with kernel 2.6.9-1.667 (Fedora Core 3 default kernel),
2.6.10-1.760_FC3smp (Fedora Core 3) and manually compiled 2.6.11-rc3. I'm
mounting samba dir and I'm copping lots of large file about 50MB (full size of
download is about 2GB, while trying ro install application). After a while about
20min. The install process stalls. If I try ls -l <smb_mount_dir> I receive "ls:
/mnt/net/production-smb: Input/output error". I can access dir though smbclient
and I can browse dir and download from it. In dmesg I can see:

Steps to reproduce:
Just mount a smb share and copy a some data about 500MB. It happens every time.
After a machine restart it is stable for a while. If I unmount/ mount the share
the time for messing up decreases.
