Problem Description:

Executing an int 3 breakpoint instruction results in a SIGSEGV instead of the
expected SIGTRAP. The 2.6.9 kernel does deliver a SIGTRAP as expected.

Steps to reproduce:

Execute a break point instruction and observe the resulting signal. I will
attach a test case.
