Problem Description:

My yenta based card bus does not get an IRQ from a fresh boot. 
If I run 'setpci -s 0a.0 0x80.l=0x0844b060' then reboot, the card gets an IRQ.
This goes away if I power off the computer.

I have a Toshiba Sattelite 5105-S901
