Distribution: Mandrake, Slackware, Debian & Gentoo Linux
Hardware Environment: Dell Inspiron 5150
Software Environment: Kernel 2.6.10 (before compiling/installing the new one)
Problem Description: In the four distros I described above I experience the same
problem.  I compile (or install from a pre-compiled package) the 2.6.11.*
kernel, and keyboard+touchpad freezes.  I was not able to reboot, and wasn't
able to use my touchpad.  This has happened since kernel version 2.6.11 -> 2.6.11.5.
