Hardware Environment: Athlon64 3000+
Software Environment: debian pure64 with debian i386 in chroot.
Problem Description: joystick ioctls aren't translated for 32bit programs
running under 64bit kernel, so they only get to use the old, limited interface.
There was a patch posted on lkml a long time ago that I found
(http://lkml.org/lkml/2003/9/12/171), which works fine for me, but it would be
nice if it were supported in the standard kernel.

Steps to reproduce: run 32bit joystick using program under 64bit kernel.
