After cold boot get following message about card setup - all good.

connected.
usbcore: registered new interface driver dvb_usb_dib0700

Run Kaffine both tuners show OK and channel scan works as does TV.  When I
shutdown Kaffine and later restart it I get device busy messages.  A console
start of Kaffine shows following:

Adaptor0 being busy prevents Kaffine using the other

Steps to reproduce:
run Kaffine turn it off the run it again
