Problem Description:

kernel freezes doing 

echo 0 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
Everythink is ok, I see only 1 cpu in /proc/cpuinfo
echo 1 > /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu1/online
Immeditial freeze!

Steps to reproduce:
Write commands
