Software Environment:
Problem Description: Setting arp_interval to a very low value (2) => Ooops.

Steps to reproduce:

# modprobe bonding
# echo 2 > /sys/class/net/bond0/bonding/arp_interval
# ifconfig bond0 up

Alternate steps to reproduce:

in /etc/modprobe.conf :
alias bond0 bonding
options bond0 arp_interval=2 arp_ip_target=192.168.0.254

# ifconfig bond0 up
