syslog from bluetooth crash

Bluetooth crashed this morning after I resumed my laptop. The syslog says first
that it could not create the duplicate filename '/class/bluetooth/hci0:36',
shortly after which there was a null pointer dereference.

Restarting bluetooth didn't fix the problem; I had to reboot.
