Hi all,

Because we do not (yet) have FAQ concerning CGLE (= CGL code) and
developer.osdl.org, I'll want to clarify the levels of participation one
more time (from "lowest" to "highest"):
	1) If you want just to take the code, it is available through
developer.osdl.org web site as from any Open Source project.
So we will support anonymous CVS and also the release tar
ball's (when first one becomes available) are downloadable
by anybody who happens to wander to our web site.
	2) If you want to contribute code for CGLE, you need to get in
contact with the invidual project manager assigned for that
feature (i.e. IPv6, driver hardening, etc.), as only he has
methods to write-access CVS repository. The list of project
managers and their projects will be made available at
	   developer.osdl.org ASAP.
	3) If you want actually to join our effort, i.e. participate in
developer meetings and access our internal mailing lists,
you need to sign the developers agreement available at OSDL
	   website: http://www.osdl.org/pdf/cgl_twg_agreement.pdf
(please read the FAQ about the agreement also from web site:
 	   http://www.osdl.org/projects/cgl/cgl_part_agree_qa.html)
	4) If you want to have a vote in what Tech Board is doing, your
company/entity needs to join OSDL. Contact Dave Fuller
(dave at osdl.org) or Doug Kolb (doug at osdl.org) for that info.

Hopefully that clarifies the situation. Please do not hesitate to ask me
anything about this and any other issue you might have with CGL-WG and
CGLE.
