[cgl_discussion] Validation Team Meeting

We will be having a validation team meeting tomorrow at 1:00PM PST to
further discuss what the role of the validation team should be.  If I 
remember correct, we are on the hook for providing at least a high level
description to the steering committee this Thursday.

I have requested a bridge number, and will send that out before the meeting.
