[cgl_discussion] Location of validation suites on test system

I would prefer '/opt' also. Whether you want to use a longer path
hierarchy (i.e. for example '/opt/osdl/cgl/validation') is matter
of taste, as I think FHS (=> LSB) "suggests" only the top level
use (i.e. '/opt/<package>').
