[cgl_discussion] Updated packages to released ngpt-2.0.2

I just submitted the packages for ngpt and ngpt-gdb, to update our versions
to the just released
ngpt-2.0.2 official versions. There was no update to the patch-kngpt kernel
patch, so no updates
were needed (same as last). For I annotated the commit logs with the
bugzillas that should be resolved
*officially* with this update, as we had some of the blocker fixes available
in the previous version.

New packages will have the version ngpt-2.0.2-1 and ngpt-gdb-5.2-6.
