Note that this new versions no longer hard codes the interface names,
i.e. it "parses" the string after "eth=" (really just splits on commas)
and tries to activate those interfaces _if_ they are found in the
system. One thing I have been wondering about but not have tested is
what happens if you give "eth=lo" ... Anybody want to try that out? :-)
