Well, I just did
	"bk parent bk://developer.osdl.org/tipc/stable"
and
	"bk pull -l"
and it worked fine from my home connection. Please check if you have
the parent set right.

Not yet, because I am going to change it's name to "tools" and do
some house cleaning on it, hopefully tomorrow.
