[cgl_discussion] New autorollback patch...

Hi All,

About a month ago I found a problem in the autorollback patch I had 
created for RPM.  The number of instances passed to scriptlets that
ran from an autorollback transaction was off by one.  I have fixed 
this problem (and an ugly problem it was)and have put the new patch and 
rpms out at:
