[cgl_discussion] CGL Requirements Definition - Errata version 2.0.2 released

The latest errata version of the CGL Requirements Definition (Version
2.0.2) is now released.  The changes in this document from the 2.0.1
document represent requirement clarifications and do not impact V2.0
registration in any way.
