Just a clarification on the supported specs in SAF Test.

Any test suites available for a publicaly released SAF spec will be accepted into the project.

Sounds good let me talk to the lawyers and contributors about the relicense of openais's test code.  It may not be an issue at all but I'm no lawyer...
