[Chaoss-members] diversity and open source: measure anti-diversity

I listened to the last CHAOSS monthly meeting.

it seems to me that there is an underlying assumption that open source
projects must be diverse
and should proactively try to be.

In other words, is "diversity neutral" (it does not have pro-diversity
actions, but it
does not have anti-diversity actions either) a non-desirable state for
an open source project?

My suggestion is, look into measuring anti-diversity too.
