Congratulations Daniel, Nicole, and Georg! It's really great to have you all on the board.

Regarding meeting cadence, it's generally 2x per year (around CHAOSScon). I'll need a picture for the website from both you and Nicole. I'll use the bio you provided for the website unless you want to change it.

I'll also get both you and Nicole added to the board mail list.

First on the Co-director election, Geog Link has been elected to the new Co-director.

For the two new Governing Board (GB) members, Nicole Huesman & Daniel Izquierdo have been elected to the GB.
