[Chaoss-Board] Co-director nomination now open

Hi CHAOSS Board members,

Matt's term as co-director is coming to an end and we need to vote on a new
co-director for the next 2 years.

As we are seeking nominations and will be voting soon, please keep in mind
that the co-directors have an integrated role in the CHAOSS project and
should be able to speak to all areas of work.
Only board members <https://chaoss.community/about/governing-board/> can be
nominated.

Please send your (self-)nominations to either Matt or myself.
