[Chaoss-Board] CHAOSS to partner with other projects like the TODO Group?

Hi Georg,

Thanks for sharing this. I didn't even know (or I forgot) that there was
this conversation. My first reaction is that I have no problem with it and
think that our efforts would, in fact, be stronger together.
