[CHAOSS] [gmd] Weekly meeting today

Hi all,

Please remember that the GMD working group meeting is now weekly, and
this week it will happen today, Wednesday, at 11am CDT / 17:00 CET, as
usual, in the CHAOSS Zoom room https://unomaha.zoom.us/j/720431288
(Meeting ID for dial in: 720 431 288).

I'm not sure I can attend, but in any case, I've prepared a pull
request that maybe can be discussed during the meeting. It tries to
make it more clear how the group works, and how people can contribute,
as we commented during our latest meeting.
