SNMP statistics in namespaces

Hi Pavel,

Can you let me know where it's fixed? Looking at the 26.0 release I do not see it (is there a patch)...

SNMP for ipv4 is finished. Either Denis or me will do the same for
ipv6 in 2.6.28.
