[PATCH 3/3] mqueue namespace: adapt sysctl

Serge E. Hallyn serue at us.ibm.com
Fri Jan 16 18:05:25 PST 2009

Largely inspired from ipc/ipc_sysctl.c. This patch isolates the mqueue
sysctl stuff in its own file.
