ckpt-v19-rc1 available

Hi,

With the hope of sending out v19 soon, I placed a new branch v19-rc1
on the server. It's a merge of all work since v18, v18-dev into a
single clean patchset.

Towards v19 I'd like to add/complete the following:

* INET sockets (Dan)

* eclone (Suka)

* support for x86_64 (Oren)

* error/log/debug framework (Serge)

* timerfd, signalfd (Matt)

* rebase to 2.6.32-rcX

* cleanups
