[PATCH 18/24] blkcg: s/blkg_rwstat_sum()/blkg_rwstat_total()/

[Tejun Heo]

Rename blkg_rwstat_sum() to blkg_rwstat_total().  sum will be used for
summing up stats from multiple blkgs.
