The idea is that specific options and/or groups will be included on
the main page, and then clicking on the "Settings" button will bring
up a (probably tabbed) settings GUI built from the PPD like the one
we include with ESP Print Pro.
I'll include this part of the code in the next revision - basically
right now everything is hardcoded just to get the basic layout and
functionality stuff in place first... :)
