No, but as before it has the facility to import PPDs into the foomatic
database on the local system.  Actually, this works rather better than
using the XML provided by foomatic for the PPDs it ships!  This is
because the "options" XML in foomatic for those PPDs is not complete,
but the import code in system-config-printer creates better "options"
XML.
