These should probably be grouped together (you had 'em apart)

Worth dividing up a bit, maybe:
           - Little-or-no configuration hot plugging
           - Wireless drivers
           - Graphic card drivers

           - incompatible Javascript / "HTML"
           - incompatible streaming media

>       * Ease of use and installation

          - Rapid Startup
          - Usability
          - Accessibility
          - App Installation

real inhibitors people bring up here.
