[Fuego] Use sercp with support for full device paths in Fuego

Michal and Frank,

I've added patches to my next branches for fuego and fuego-core, to use
sercp with full device paths, if the SERIAL for a board starts with a slash.

Please pull the latest serio into your container (or rebuild a new container).
You'll have to create a new container with the volume mount for /dev/serial,
if you want to be able to use the 'by-path' device nodes. (But you may already
have done that change.)

Patches are attached for your interest.  I'm heading out of town on vacation,
but let me know if you get a chance to test these.
